Meet Our Pharmacists
Teresa Mitchell, PharmD
Teresa is the pharmacy owner. She received her education from Florida A&M University.
Hello, I am Dr. Teresa Mitchell, your pharmacist at Total Care. I would like to thank you for trusting me to take care of your pharmacy needs. Starting Total Care Pharmacy was a God move for me and it has truly been a journey! However, I am blessed to be here in the Big City of Baconton to serve you. I received my B.S. in Biology at Albany State University and completed my doctorate of pharmacy degree at Florida A&M University in 1994. Since graduation I've worked in a variety of settings:
Economy Drugs (independent pharmacy)
Director of Mitchell County Hospital Pharmacy
Director of Early County Memorial Hospital
Nursing Home Consultant Pharmacists for Mitchell County Convalescent and Pelham Parkway
Part-time advanced nursing pharmacology instructor for ASU
Chairperson for the Pharmacy Technology Program at Albany Technical College
We currently serve as an internship site for Albany Technical College and Mitchell County Career Academy. This internship site provides an opportunity for students to intern and gain experience in field. As a pharmacist, being a member of Georgia Pharmacist Association (GPhA) allows me the opportunity to network with other professionals, stay abreast of current issues and receive additional educational training. We look forward to building long lasting relationships with our customers and becoming "A Pharmacy for A Lifetime".
Fredrick Knight
Fredrick received his education from Mitchell County Career Academy.
Audry Johnson
Audrey is our pharmacy's Pharmacy Tech. She is a graduate of Albany Technical College Pharmacy Technician Program.
Hi, my name is Audrey Johnson, and I am a Pharmacy Technician at Total Care Pharmacy. I attended Albany Technical College, where I received my certification as a Pharmacy Technician. Later on, I received my certification as a CPR Instructor from Southwest Georgia Technical College. With nearly 7 years of experience in both fields, my stay at Total Care has been one of the best.
Here at Total Care Pharmacy, I am constantly learning new things with the help of a phenomenal team. Though our family is small, we support and provide every customer with the best services around. Dr. Teresa Mitchell, I am excited about this journey. Thank you for this great opportunity.
Chuck Rinkevich, CPhT
Chuck is a graduate of the Albany Technical College Pharmacy Technician Program.
Hello, I'm Chuck and I've been with Total Care Pharmacy for about a year. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Citadel, 1993, a Master of Public Adminstration degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, 2001, a Master of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence from National Defense University, 2006, and an Associate of Applied Science degree, Pharmacy Technology ATC, 2021.
The thing I like best about being a pharmacy technician is helping people who walk in with a prescription and getting it filled right away, helping them to recover quickly. I also enjoy getting to know our customers.
DAntonio Allen, CPhT
DAntonio is a graduate of the Albany Technical College Pharmacy Technician Program.
Hi my name is Dantonio Allen and I'm a certified pharmacy technician here at Total Care Pharmacy. I attended Albany Tech where I received my Pharmacy Technology diploma in April of 2010. I've worked at Rite Aid Pharmacy for over 5 years as a pharmacy technician and my destination has landed me here with Doc. I've been with Total Care for almost 2 years and the reason I love my job is the people in the Mitchell County community when they stay on top of their prescriptions because I care for the community and to serve a purpose to my Total Care soldiers.
